Spicy Asian-Inspired Thousand Island Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-1.5 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp of Lee Kam Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil (oil only)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

METHOD:

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli oil, lemon juice, white vinegar and sugar. The dressing should be more runny than mayo due to the vinegar and lemon juice.
